Stereo Imaging for Bass

It's okay to have the high frequencies of your bass in stereo.

It is only the low-end that should be in mono to avoid phase cancellation (weakening of the sound).

Having the harmonics of your bass in stereo even gives more advantage to the overall tonal balance of your track.
